Lake Tahoe is known as one of the most beautiful regions in the world and is the second largest lake in North America. Sometimes referred to as "The Jewel Of The Sierra", draws people from around the world to it's shores.

Incline Village is Lake Tahoe's only master planned community, with private and public amenities. Each homeowner pays an annual fee of $690.00 per property with beach privileges and $590.00 with out beach privileges to the Incline Village General Improvement District (IVGID). IVGID offers and manages facilities and services that enhance the general health, safety and welfare of the community. IVGID is a public service corporation governed by an elected board of trustees.

Incline's amenities include two private beaches for the exclusive use of Incline residents: Incline Beach has a roped off swimming area, snack bar, changing rooms, playground, and picnic areas, and Burnt Cedar Beach with outdoor pool, play and picnic areas. Boats and other watercraft can be launched from Ski Beach. There are two golf courses: the Robert Trent Jones designed Championship Course and the Robert Trent Jones Jr. designed Mountain Course. Diamond Peak Ski Resort offers some of Tahoe's most spectacular views and varied terrain. Other amenities include a tennis complex, recreation center with indoor pool and exercise facility, and the new Chateau building, available for parties and meetings. These facilties offer discounted rates for Incline residents.
